Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at divinepraisesco@outlook.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we may evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest processing, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
