Once an order has been placed, address changes may be requested within the 1–2 business day processing period, provided a shipping confirmation and tracking number have not yet been issued. To request an address change, please contact our team at divinepraisesco@outlook.com as soon as possible.
If a shipping confirmation and tracking number have already been sent, we are unable to modify the delivery address. In this case, customers are advised to:
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided to inquire about possible delivery options or address corrections
- Monitor tracking updates closely for delivery status changes
- Arrange for package forwarding or pickup through the carrier, if available
