Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a separate notification once the order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, including new product releases, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing, package weight, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally. Any active promotion will be clearly displayed at checkout or on the website homepage and is subject to promotional terms.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States. Certain expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Divine Praises Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to:

  1. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
  2. Check with neighbors or building management
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we may assist in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reship the order to an updated address; however, additional shipping charges may apply. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address prior to shipment.

Items designated as pre-order or made-to-order will display estimated shipping timelines on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise specified.
